FAQ
Q:Whether assembly services are provided?
A:Some products need to be assembled at the destination port, but we will provide assembly drawings
Q:How can I get samples and How long will it takes?
A :We usually don't offer the free samples, the charge is depend on the design.The sample fee will be refunded once you place the order. Sample time is about 7- 15working days, depending on the materials and printing.
Q:How about shipment?
A :By sea, by air, or by international express as per your needs, and will inform you pricing accordingly.
Q:What's your payment term?
A:50% T/T in advance, the balance to be paid before loading. LC or other payment terms to be negotiable.
Q:How about the packages?
A:Most furniture are pre-assembled packing, only like desks with 4 legs which to be knock down packing. Packed in project packing with four layers(Soft foam rapping, Corner protectors, Hard Foam, Carton Box with proper shipping marks, more packing processing according to customer required).
Q:What's your lead time ?
A:Normally it will take 2-3 weeks for samples; mass orders take 5-7 weeks after deposit.
Q:Will you provide hotel room renderation?
A:We normally make furnitures per your required dimensions or FF&E specifications of the brand hotels. If you are an independent hotel, we can recommend hotel furniture designs and provide detailed shop drawings to make sure all sizes fit well with your rooms.
Q:I never buy items directly from China, will you provide door to door service ?
A:Yes, you don't need to worry about the import process, we can provide DDP service.
Q:Did you ever ship to US ?
A:Yes, we mostly ship to US and Canada. We have supplied for many different hotel such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, Hampton, IHG, Hyatt, Choice Hotel etc.
